Dec 3 – Leadership is not something that is easily grasped by most people. Some people think it is about bossing people around or dictating rules and regulations. It is quite the opposite. We are taught as Sergeants Major that when we come to a unit, we are to leave it better than when we first came to the unit. Inspiring and coaching individuals is something that I really miss doing. This new endeavor opens up a whole new world for me.
